Gluten Free Apple Peanut Butter Pancake (Pb2)

Apples and peanut butter are surely one of the best combinations ever.

This single serving pancake unites these two flavors in a healthy and delicious way to start your morning.

 

Gluten Free Apple Peanut Butter Pancake (serves 1)

  • 1/2 cup oats blended into flour (a little under 1/2 cup oat flour)
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons Pb2
  • 2/3 cup chopped apple
  • 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon milk (I used unsweetened Silk Almond Milk)
  1. Preheat an oiled skillet.  Pour pancake batter, being sure to shape it in a circle.
  2. Cook like a normal pancake, then enjoy!
