Gluten Free Apple Peanut Butter Pancake (serves 1)
- 1/2 cup oats blended into flour (a little under 1/2 cup oat flour)
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons Pb2
- 2/3 cup chopped apple
- 1/2 cup + 1 tablespoon milk (I used unsweetened Silk Almond Milk)
- Preheat an oiled skillet. Pour pancake batter, being sure to shape it in a circle.
- Cook like a normal pancake, then enjoy!
