Here is my take on the classic shake. This has all the flavors of a strawberry banana milkshake, without all the calories or guilt!
I actually calculated it, and this shake only has 253 calories!
You’d never be able to guess though, as soon as you have a taste of this creamy, smooth drink.
Strawberry Banana Shake (serves 1)
- 1/2 Cup quartered strawberries (about 8 small. I used fresh, frozen is optional)
- 1/4 Cup milk of choice (I used unsweetened Silk Almond Milk)
- 5-6 dates (about 1/4 cup)
- 1 Frozen sliced banana
- Throw everything into a blender, and blend! Then serve and enjoy. 🙂
